Cauliflower Meatballs


4 cups riced cauliflower
1 cup GF breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons GF all purpose flour
2 teaspoons ginger
4 green onions chopped
1 tablespoon oregano
2 tablespoon fresh parsley or basil
2 tablespoons olive oil

 

Place all ingredients in food processor/blender/nutribullet and blend until everything starts sticking together but not mushy (will almost look like ground meat).

 

Roll in to evenly sized “meat” balls and sauté on pan, moving each meatball frequently to ensure each side is cooked (will be browned). Serve with a yummy dip and enjoy!
