Oil-Free Vegan Ranch Dressing

1/2 cup cashew cream (can use sunflower seeds if allergic to nuts but texture will be different - see note below on how to make)*
1/4 cup vegan coconut yogurt (I love Cocojune brand)
1/4 cup oat milk (or other dairy-free milk)
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic power
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teasoon dry dill
1/2 teaspoon dry parsley
1/4 cup water
Sea salt and pepper black pepper to taste 
Blend all ingredients in your blender/vitamix/nutribullet.
*How to make cashew or sunflower cream: soak raw, unroasted and unsalted cashews or sunflowers in warm water for 1 day or in hot water for 2 hours for quick soaking*
